Constantia Care is a North London based live-in care agency. We offer live-in care to clients throughout the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. We are committed to providing our clients and their families with the highest quality live-in care and support in their own home; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we take our responsibility towards our clients extremely seriously. Constantia Care Limited is committed to providing the highest quality service.

 Constantia Care adopts a holistic approach to live-in care while supporting our clients. Our person-centred care plans focus on our client’s interests and preferred lifestyles, whilst ensuring safety and well-being. We seek to provide choice, enabling our clients to live the life they choose, while bringing care home to both you and your loved ones.

Communication

We feel that open and honest communication is essential to giving the level of service we feel our clients deserve and is essential to running a competent and reliable live-in care service. 

Every client has a Care Coordinator assigned to them. The role of the Care Coordinator is to liaise and collate information gathered from our carers relating to the client. They are based in our North London Offices and are continuously in touch with each care package assigned to them. 

We run an inclusive agency, and dependant on the involvement we like to encourage robust communication from all concerned.

What We Can Do For You

Constantia Care prides itself on the quality of live-in care offered. This includes assistance with general tasks such as; personal care, cooking, light housework, shopping and other similar domestic chores. We believe these are key components of enabling the client to remain in the security and comfort of their own home for longer.

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Greet

Everything starts with a call or submission of a contact form.

Step 2: Meet

Our Care Assessor will provide a free face-to-face assessment.

Our Assessor will use this
meeting to create a bespoke person centered Care Plan.

Step 3: Complete

Care will begin with one of our
highly trained care staff.

Care Plans will be adapted and
developed in line with identified needs and wants.
