Constantia Care prides itself on being contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We understand that life is not always predictable and when dealing with people we need to be readily available to them whenever that might be.
Each client, their advocate, and carer in a placement is assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator who is contactable during office hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday) on 020 7624 9966.
To ensure that we can assist with any emergency queries outside of our office hours we always have three dedicated on-call members of staff who will be able to assist you at all times.
